Overview

Codified Commerce Expert is a prepaid Shopify professional service delivered through an all-in-one Workflow Automation model powered by Codified Algorithmic Thinking™.

Each purchase provides one structured unit of professional execution, ordinarily priced at ₹10,000 per Workflow Automation, unless a different amount is displayed on the applicable product or service page.

You are not purchasing disconnected tasks, hourly labour or individual technical resources. You are purchasing a consolidated professional workflow intended to achieve a defined Shopify outcome or move your store to its next appropriate stage.

A Workflow Automation may combine analysis, research, planning, Shopify configuration, content preparation, theme work, application setup, custom development, automation, testing, deployment and verification. These components form one professional workflow and are not priced separately.

Codified Commerce determines the appropriate workflow, execution sequence, tools and resource allocation according to the purchased service category, the condition of the Shopify store, the information available and the outcome reasonably required.

Standard productized services are governed collectively by this product page, the applicable service page, checkout information, pricing, Terms of Service and published policies. A separate quotation or Scope of Work is generally issued only for an expressly accepted bespoke enterprise engagement.

Third-party application fees, premium themes, advertising expenditure, external licences and platform subscriptions are not included unless expressly stated.

Workflow Automation

One Workflow Automation is one structured unit of professional Shopify execution intended to achieve a defined outcome or advance the store to its next appropriate stage.

Depending on the purchased service category, a workflow may include:

• analysis, research and prioritisation;
• Shopify administration and configuration;
• product, collection and navigation development;
• theme configuration and storefront development;
• content, metadata and search optimisation;
• application configuration or custom application work;
• automation and system integration;
• testing, quality assurance and deployment;
• indexing, verification and completion review;
• and other supporting work reasonably required for the workflow outcome.

The ₹10,000 fee is an all-in-one professional execution price. It is not a collection of independently purchased minor tasks and cannot be retrospectively divided into hourly, page-level, application-level, meeting-level or activity-level charges.

The client may communicate business objectives, operational concerns and material priorities. Codified Commerce retains professional discretion over workflow selection, sequencing, implementation methods, tools and resource allocation within the published scope of the purchased service.

Where more than one Workflow Automation is required, additional units may be purchased at checkout or through the applicable recurring plan.

How It Works

1. Purchase — purchase one Workflow Automation or select an applicable recurring plan.
2. Onboarding — provide the Shopify store URL, required access, business information, assets and relevant objectives.
3. Workflow determination — Codified Commerce reviews the current store condition and determines the appropriate workflow within the purchased service category.
4. Execution — the workflow is completed using the professional tools, software, applications, AI systems and development resources considered appropriate.
5. Delivery and verification — the completed output is implemented, supplied or made available for review, with a completion notification or walkthrough where applicable.

A separate task-by-task Scope of Work or approval is not ordinarily required for each standard Workflow Automation. Material clarification may be requested where necessary before or during execution.

What to Expect

Delivery — all services are delivered digitally through Shopify collaborator access, Shopify administration, applications, integrations, email, files or scheduled online meetings.

Timeline — delivery depends on workflow complexity, store condition, catalogue size, client responsiveness, Shopify limitations and third-party dependencies. Timelines are estimates unless expressly confirmed as binding in writing.

Communication — primary communication may take place through email, WhatsApp and scheduled online meetings. Continuous live support, on-demand calls and daily progress reporting are not included unless expressly stated in the purchased plan.

Verification — a completion notification or walkthrough may be provided to identify the delivered output and confirm normal functionality. It does not include internal prompts, methodology disclosure, technical training or reusable process documentation unless separately purchased.

Commercial outcomes — Codified Commerce provides professional workflow execution. Sales, revenue, traffic, rankings, conversions, Product Market Fit and return on investment are not guaranteed.

Shopify Setup Support

Shopify Setup Support is intended for new stores, replatforming projects and brands preparing to launch or improve their Shopify foundation.

A Setup Support Workflow Automation may include:

• Store configuration — payments, shipping settings, taxes, checkout and legal-page implementation;
• Product and collection development — catalogue structure, product information, metafields, taxonomy and collection logic;
• Navigation — menus, filters and store architecture;
• Theme configuration — installation, brand alignment and use of suitable default theme sections where appropriate;
• Storefront development — Liquid, CSS, JavaScript or custom section work where reasonably required;
• Application setup — app selection, installation, configuration and storefront embeds;
• Migration assistance — moving products, content and store structure from another platform, subject to platform and data limitations;
• Agentic commerce readiness — structured product data, taxonomy, metafields and machine-readable content;
• Launch preparation — testing, verification, analytics and search-engine setup.

A complete Shopify store may require multiple Workflow Automations depending on catalogue size, design requirements, migration complexity, applications and integrations.

Shopify Enterprise Support is intended for established merchants, B2B operations, high-volume stores and businesses requiring complex commerce infrastructure.

Enterprise support may include:

• Codified Software — ERP, CRM, WMS or operational software implemented within or around Shopify;

Standard enterprise Workflow Automations may be purchased at the displayed price. Larger, interdependent or bespoke enterprise projects may require multiple Workflow Automations or a separately accepted enterprise agreement, quotation or Scope of Work.

Shopify Growth Support

Shopify Growth Support is a long-term, sequential and compounding post-launch service. It is intended to improve the store progressively through recurring Workflow Automations rather than disconnected campaigns or isolated tasks.

Growth Support may include:

A weekly plan may provide one Workflow Automation during each seven-day billing cycle. A monthly plan may provide one Workflow Automation during each monthly billing cycle, according to the product and subscription terms displayed at checkout.

A twelve-month engagement is generally recommended because Store Optimisation, Product Market Fit, Conversion Rate Optimisation, Growth Marketing and retention systems build upon one another. This recommendation is not a guaranteed minimum commitment unless expressly displayed and accepted at purchase.

Individual workflows may establish technical, discovery, content, positioning or conversion foundations for later workflows. Codified Commerce does not guarantee sales, revenue, profitability, rankings, traffic, Product Market Fit or return on investment.

Codified Algorithmic Thinking™

Codified Algorithmic Thinking™ is the proprietary commerce execution and growth framework used by Codified Commerce to structure professional Shopify work.

The framework supports consistent analysis, prioritisation, workflow selection, implementation and quality assurance while allowing the appropriate use of Shopify tools, AI systems, software, applications, custom development and professional judgement.

Depending on the engagement, the framework may be applied across Shopify store setup, product catalogues, collections, theme selection, application architecture, store operations, automation, search optimisation, Product Market Fit, Conversion Rate Optimisation and Growth Marketing.

The purchase of a Workflow Automation provides access to the completed client-specific Shopify outcome. It does not transfer ownership of Codified Algorithmic Thinking™, internal prompts, algorithms, orchestration methods, reusable workflows, implementation sequences or associated know-how.
