Subscription Policy

Subscription structure

A subscription is a recurring purchase of CAT AI Automations for an agreed monthly or weekly cycle. Monthly is the primary ongoing option; weekly may be selected where offered. A one-time Automation is a separate purchase. A subscription does not provide unlimited access, tasks or deliverables.

Codified Algorithmic Thinking™ (CAT AI) is a done-for-you AI system for Shopify Automations managed by Codified Commerce experts. The customer purchases an Automation, states the business goal and provides approved access; no customer-facing AI dashboard or self-built automation is required. Machine Experience checks what is in place, Moving Target identifies what needs attention, and Next Product Move directs the next action. CAT AI runs approved work with expert oversight where needed, and closes the cycle when the approved action is complete. Work may include Shopify store preparation, growth intelligence and ChatGPT Advertising, subject to the agreed scope and platform eligibility.

One Automation covers one approved outcome and its documented requirements, boundaries, dependencies, exclusions and acceptance criteria; it does not provide unlimited tasks or guaranteed commercial results. The standard price is ₹10,000 per Automation, paid in full before work starts; the actual price, taxes and renewal frequency shown on the product page and at checkout govern the purchase. Monthly or weekly subscriptions are available when displayed at checkout. Advertising media spend and third-party charges are separate by default unless an approved written scope expressly includes them and specifies the allocation. Conversion rate optimization is included where relevant to the approved scope, not as an unlimited separate deliverable.

Automatic renewal

By selecting a subscription option, the customer authorizes Shopify and the applicable payment provider to charge the displayed recurring amount, taxes and disclosed fees at each renewal until cancellation. The renewal frequency and price shown at checkout or in the subscription record govern.

Cycle scope and capacity

Each paid cycle ordinarily funds one approved Automation unless the product selection or approved written scope expressly states otherwise. The full displayed charge is collected at each renewal; part payments are not available. The cycle’s requirement, outcome, boundaries, dependencies and acceptance criteria must be confirmed. Unused capacity does not automatically carry forward.

Cancellation, pause and skip

The customer may request cancellation through available subscription-management controls or by contacting support@codifiedcommerce.com. Cancellation is prospective and takes effect at the end of the current paid cycle; request it before the next renewal to avoid the next charge, allowing reasonable processing time. Where Shopify or the subscription provider makes pause or skip controls available, their displayed terms apply. Cancelling does not reverse work already commenced or amounts already earned.

New renewal charge

A newly charged cycle may be considered for cancellation and refund within 24 hours only when CAT AI and the team have not commenced substantive analysis, planning, research, configuration, testing, deployment or implementation for that cycle. No partial-cycle refund is ordinarily available after commencement.

Price or plan changes

Any future price or material subscription change will be handled through the notice and consent mechanisms required by Shopify, the subscription provider and applicable law. Existing completed cycles are not repriced retrospectively.

Client dependencies

The customer remains responsible for timely access, inputs, approvals and platform charges. Client delay does not automatically pause billing or extend a cycle unless confirmed in writing.

Termination and platform availability

Codified Commerce may suspend or terminate service for non-payment, misuse, security risk, unlawful instructions or material breach. Shopify or payment-provider restrictions may also affect renewal. Commercial results are not guaranteed.
