Codified Commerce — Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Nature of Delivery
Codified Commerce delivers exclusively digital products and expert services. No physical goods are shipped. All deliverables are handed over digitally via email, credentials, documentation, screen share, and/or direct Shopify admin access. Standard shipping terms do not apply.
2. Delivery by Product
2.1 Shopify Sidekick AI Store (DFY)

Handover includes:

- App installation confirmations
- DNS/domain configuration guide (if applicable)
- 30-minute handover walkthrough session via video call
2.2 Shopify Sidekick AI Expert Tasks (DFY)

2.3 Codified Algorithmic Thinking™ — Digital Product (DIY)

- Delivered exclusively to clients who have completed Shopify Sidekick AI Store onboarding with Codified Commerce
- Delivered to the email address provided at the time of purchase
- If the PDF is not received within 24 hours, contact support@codifiedcommerce.com before raising a dispute
3. Delivery Prerequisites — Client Responsibilities
Timelines above are contingent on the client providing the following on time:
- Shopify collaborator access (Admin) — Shopify Sidekick AI Store & Expert Tasks
- Brand assets (logo, colours, fonts) — Shopify Sidekick AI Store
- Product content and images — Shopify Sidekick AI Store
- Domain access or DNS credentials — Shopify Sidekick AI Store
- Written task scope confirmation — Shopify Sidekick AI Expert Tasks
- Valid email address for PDF delivery — Codified Algorithmic Thinking™
Client-caused delays do not extend Codified Commerce's liability or entitle the client to a refund.
4. Post-Launch Support Delivery
4.1 All Shopify Sidekick AI Store engagements include 3 months of limited free support from the handover date.
4.2 Support response times:

4.3 Scope of free support: bug fixes in the delivered store, minor configuration adjustments, and usage guidance.
4.4 Excluded from free support: new feature development, additional app installations, scope changes, and third-party platform issues.
4.5 After 3 months, all support transitions to paid task execution at ₹2,000 per task via the Shopify Sidekick AI Expert service.
4.6 Support requests must be submitted via email to support@codifiedcommerce.com. Phone support is not included in the free support period.
5. Delivery Confirmation
Delivery is considered complete when Codified Commerce sends a written handover notification to the client with all agreed deliverables attached or accessible. The client has 7 days from delivery notification to raise any defects or missing deliverables in writing. If no response is received within 7 days, the delivery is deemed accepted and the engagement is considered closed.
6. Force Majeure
Codified Commerce shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including Shopify platform outages, internet disruptions, or regulatory changes affecting platform functionality. In such cases, Codified Commerce will notify the client promptly and provide a revised delivery timeline.

8. Changes to This Policy
Codified Commerce reserves the right to update this Delivery Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email.
