Moving Target

Interpret meaningful change in customer intent, demand, AI interactions, operations and market conditions.

Distinguish meaningful change from noise

Understand what has changed, how reliable the evidence is and whether it deserves attention.

CAT AI has four interconnected frameworks: Machine Experience (MX) — Understand; Moving Target (MT) — Interpret; Next Product Move (NPM) — Decide; Contextual Conversions (CC) — Connect and measure. Expert Judgment provides human governance across all four; it is not a fourth or fifth AI framework.

Interpret changing signals

Customer and agent signals: Review changing questions, recommendations, objections and confidence gaps.

Commerce and operational shifts: Compare demand, availability, buying behaviour and system exceptions with a relevant baseline.

Market conditions: Consider competing offers, platform changes and emerging needs without treating every fluctuation as a trend.

Store Operations, Sales Enablement, Product-Market Fit and Advertising are practical applications across the four frameworks, not boundaries around them.

One Automation. The next feasible action.

One ₹10,000 purchase provides one expert-managed, token-bounded Automation. All four frameworks belong to CAT AI and are not separately purchased services. Share your business goal; no detailed technical scope is required before purchase. CAT AI selects and executes the next feasible authorised action. Execution stops at the token or execution-loop guardrail. Further work beyond that cycle may require another Automation.

Codified Commerce experts oversee execution, exceptions and validation. Your handover records completed work, validation, unresolved work, blockers and next steps. Advertising media spend and applicable third-party charges are separate.

Moving Target: Applications & FAQs

Explore the details when you need them.

What does AI Agent Setup, Training and Support involve?

Setup can connect approved catalogue, product, policy and support information; define buying journeys, access permissions and escalation rules; and establish validation criteria. Training grounds answers in verified knowledge and tests representative product discovery, comparison, compatibility, delivery, returns and handoff questions.

Support uses permitted conversation evidence and operational signals to correct gaps and test updates as the store changes. Training here means improving knowledge and instructions through controlled tests; custom model fine-tuning requires a separately supported implementation.

Can you work with my existing Shopify store or Shopify Inbox?

Yes. We assess the tools and information you already use before selecting the next feasible improvement. Introducing or improving an AI agent can build on your existing storefront and Shopify Inbox. Where system connectivity is needed, the work connects with Machine Experience.

Read the AI implementation roadmap for existing merchants.

Which parts of the buying journey can you test?

Depending on the store and supported agent channel, checks can cover product discovery, comparisons, variant selection, cart creation, checkout, buyer confirmation and order handoff. We verify compatibility and payment availability for each relevant channel, including Shop MCP or UCP-compatible interfaces where supported.

The agent should clarify customer needs, use consistent sources and involve your team when compatibility, availability or policy information needs checking. See the agentic buying readiness guide.

How do you handle customer conversations and consent?

We review conversation evidence only where access and permitted use allow it. Customer questions help identify missing knowledge, conflicting guidance and buying friction. Product recommendations, delivery information and returns guidance should agree with verified store sources.

Tests also check whether the buyer’s explicit marketing choices are represented accurately and whether a customer can reach human support when needed.

What does one CAT AI Automation include?

One purchase provides one expert-managed, token-bounded Automation at ₹10,000. After payment, your business goal and the necessary access are in place, CAT AI assesses the available evidence and identifies the next feasible action. Codified Commerce oversees authorised execution and validates the work.

Execution stops at the token or execution-loop guardrail. Your handover records completed changes, validation, unresolved work, blockers and recommended next steps. A further Automation is proposed when the evidence or your request justifies more work. See the complete CAT AI pricing and FAQ.

What do you need from me, and how long can the work take?

Share your business goal, accurate source information and the access needed for the work. Prices, descriptions, licensed images and actions requiring your approval must be checked before use. Focused work can finish in hours once the necessary information, access and approvals are ready; complex integrations and external platform dependencies can require longer.

Codified Commerce applies Expert Judgment to prioritise the work, handle exceptions and validate completed changes. Advertising media spend and third-party charges are separate unless expressly included in an accepted order.
