CAT AI runs and closes that Automation with expert oversight where needed. Material decisions may require merchant approval.
Where integration matters
Manufacturing, D2C, B2B and export businesses can have different product, fulfilment and ERP/CRM/WMS requirements. An integration is considered when it addresses the next useful Shopify action; a full new enterprise system is not included automatically.
